December 2nd, 2021

Adding to the complexity of commercial insurance out-of-network revenue recovery is the upcoming interplay between state “Surprise Medical Bill” laws and the federal No Surprises Act, which takes effect January 1, 2022.  Will claims be governed by one or the other and what are the differences? During this presentation, Thomas LaGreca will identify which claims will be governed by which law and help to determine what the standard of reimbursement is likely to be. He'll also define the action steps necessary to pursue appropriate recovery in a timely manner, so get registered today to make sure that you are ready to hit the ground running in the new year.
