Q: How many attendees are you expecting?
A: We are planning for 150 but can accommodate up to 250 attendees for this meeting.
Q: How many exhibitors will be at this meeting?
A: We will have a maximum of 40 exhibitors at this meeting.
Q: Do you have a conference app?
A: Yes, we will be using the app Whova. Your booth fee includes a virtual booth on the app which will allow you to connect with HBMA members up to two week prior to the meeting as well as 60 days after the meeting. Additionally, the virtual booth will allow you to participate in the passport contest, where you can use the app to scan QR codes on attendees badges or phones to collect their information.
Q: Can you sponsor something without exhibiting?
A: Yes you can. You do not need to be an exhibitor in order to be a sponsor.
Q: Are there dedicated exhibit hall hours at this meeting?
A: Yes. Additionally, breaks, meals, and receptions will be held in the exhibit hall as well.
Q: What type of attendees come to this meeting.
A: Generally ownership, executive leadership, and directors/managers are who attend this meeting.
Q: Can I select my booth for this meeting?
A: Booth selection is available after you've paid your booth fee, return your signed exhibitor agreement, company logo, and description to the National Office.
Q: What size booth would I get for this meeting?
A: Booths are 10X10 spaces for this meeting.

HBMA is committed to your health and safety. COVID-19 protocols will be implemented and followed based on federal and state requirements. If any attendee is exhibiting symptoms, they will be asked to leave the conference area.

During the HBMA Annual Conference, HBMA and/or its designated representatives may take photographs or video recordings of conference attendees, and HBMA may use these materials for its editorial or marketing purposes. Conference attendees acknowledge that their image, likeness or voice may appear in these materials. By attending the HBMA Annual Conference, attendees’ consent to HBMA’s use of their image, likeness or voice for HBMA’s editorial or marketing purposes in connection with any materials in which attendees appear.
Terms of Payment & Cancelation
Mailed registrations must be accompanied by check made payable to HBMA in the full registration amount.
Sponsorships are non refundable or transferable. All sponsorship purchases are final.
Changes in Registration
Registrations that require changes, such as attendee substitutions, will incur a $50 fee per change. Please contact the national office at info@hbma.org for any updates to registration.
