This is a complex program, offering 3 general sessions and 10 concurrent sessions. The concurrent sessions are specifically designed to provide education for two distinct groups: billing companies that are still looking for the appropriate EHR partner (Track A) and those who have already selected an EHR vendor (Track B). Please note, while you will need to decide on one session for each concurrent session when you register, you are not 'locked in' to one track or the other. Your selection of events will better allow us to plan this summit.
If you attend all of the sessions allowed, you can earn up to 20.25 CEU's toward the CHBME designation.

We are inviting at least 10 EHR vendors to participate which will allow all attendees to view vendor demonstrations on-site. Our goal is to assist you in every way possible in making your selection of the appropriate EHR partner for your group, or, if you have already selected your EHR vendor, how to maximize the relationship. Also included in this summit will be round-table discussions as well as Q&A sessions with the experts on EHR. We have also included time for networking with the speakers, vendors and other participants. Mark Anderson, FHIMISS, CPHIMS from the AC Group will offer the keynote address and will be on-hand for all 3 days to lead discussions as well as answer your questions.
The Phoenician is offering HBMA guests group rates of $175, single/double occupancy, plus tax. A one-time Porterage gratuity charge of $7.00 per room total, plus $5.00 per room per night as a Housekeeping gratuity will be added to each guest's folio. Complimentary guest room internet and complimentary access to the fitness center is included.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is 5:00 PM local time on Saturday, October 16, 2010. We strongly recommend you make your reservations well in advance of this date to ensure your stay at our host hotel. There is a 7-day cancellation for reservations. Inside 7 days prior to the arrival date, individual credit card will be charged one night's room and tax charges. An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will apply if checking out earlier than the confirmed checkout date.
