Here’s how it works.
You’ll call the same Humana phone number as usual and interact conversationally with the virtual agent. If you’re not able to obtain the information you need from the virtual agent, a live agent will assist you. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback about your experience. The feedback you provide will shape the continuing development of this technology and improve your future call experience.
