Availity Update: COVID-19: Checking Benefits and Filing Claims

surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) virus, Availity is offering this quick-reference that explains how to use Availity Portal to:

  • Check a patient's telehealth/telemedicine benefits.
  • File claims for COVID-19 testing.

Additional information and resources
Occasionally check the News and Announcements tab in payer spaces for payer-specific information
about COVID-19.

At the top of Availity Portal, click Payer Spaces, and then click the tile for the payer you want information
from.
