A meeting with your boss; a phone call with someone selling you a service or product-that always involves negotiation. Sometimes we even negotiate with our family. In this session we will learn about actual Managed Care negotiations, and how to apply these skills to your next tough meeting!

- Respond better to during negotiations, by driving the discussion.
- Differentiate between the portions of Managed Care contracts, that are worthwhile negotiating and those those not.
- Apply negotiating skills to Managed Care interactions and conversations.
