Billing for Non-Physician Practitioners (NPPs), Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs), trainees (students/residents/fellows), and Locum Tenens providers can be confusing and challenging at times.  This session will address supervision, scope of practice, and billing requirements for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as commercial payers.  Evaluation & Management services will also be reviewed to ensure correct documentation and billing of incident-to and shared/split visits.
