Description:
The No Surprises Act took effect on January, 2022. However, it has undergone many changes due to various lawsuits that challenged how it was implemented and other regulatory decisions. More changes are expected with a proposed rule on the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process pending finalization and an expected proposed rule implementing the Advanced Explanation of Benefits (AEOB) in the near future. This webinar will discuss the current state of NSA implementation and what changes to expect in the coming months.
